<<----------- MeMe's Teriyaki Chicken


First Start Your BBQ!

Cut thawed chicken breasts halves 
   * 1 half- for you
   *4 halves- family size 
into 3 inch pieces & place chicken
into a *large ZipLoc bag with
enough Trader Joes *Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce to coat chicken well. 
 ------------------------------------->> 
Marinate  in fridge for 2 to 24 hours
it's up to you- how much flavor you 
like.  Be sure to squeeze chicken and Teriyaki sauce together in ZipLoc for 2 minutes for even distribution, before refrigerating.  Save remaining 
sauce for coating, later.

Steam enough *broccoli for 
you (1 cup) or family size  (4-6 cups). 
Set aside. 
                                   
                              -------------------------------->>
                           Steam any type of *rice you have
                           (I used Jasmine white rice) 
                           according to directions on 
                                 rice's package.

BBQ should be ready now!  BBQ
the chicken pieces until cooked
 thoroughly, about 4 minutes on each side.  Remove from BBQ and coat with several spoonfuls remaining teriyaki sauce & sprinkle with *sesame seeds.

Place 1 serving rice into bowel 
                               and use spoon to hollow out an indentation in the middle.  
Next lay the broccoli on top of the rice.  



                   

Lastly, add chicken to complete 
your own teriyaki chicken rice bowel 
(minus the MSG & flies)!
